We have implemented remarketing with Google AdSense, Demographics and Interests Reporting, and DoubleClick Platform Integration.

South African Protection of Information Act, 2013, also known as POPI Act

The Act promotes the protection of personal information processed by public and private bodies, establishes requirements for processing personal information, provides for an Information Regulator, provides for codes of conduct and rights regarding unsolicited electronic communications and automated decision making, and regulates the flow of personal information across South African borders. According to POPI:

• Users can visit our site anonymously.
• A link to this Privacy Policy will be available on our home page or the first significant page after entering the website.
• The Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy” and can be easily found.
• Users will be notified of privacy policy changes on this Privacy Policy page.
• Users can change their personal information by emailing or calling us.

How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?

We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place.

We do not allow third-party behavioral tracking.

COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to collecting personal information from children under 13, COPPA puts parents in control. The United States Federal Trade Commission enforces the COPPA Rule, which sets out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under 13.

The CAN-SPAM Act sets rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to stop emails being sent to them, and sets out penalties for violations.
